Questions

A clear first-access path

Do I choose a plan during registration?

No. Release 1 starts with one platform-configured core trial so the account you see matches what the backend provisions.

Will signup send me to checkout or billing?

No. Successful registration and normal tenant login go to the core dashboard or an authorized internal route.

Can I buy add-ons or seats in the app?

Not during Release 1. Self-service plan changes, add-ons, seats, checkout, and the billing portal remain unavailable.

What happens when the trial ends?

The account enters the configured grace period. Any conversion or extension is handled by the platform team while self-service billing is disabled.

Ready for the core workflow?

Create the account. Open the dashboard. Start operating.

The Release 1 path is intentionally direct and does not require a billing decision during signup.
